Earn While You Learn Program
|
|
"For the note broker who would like to learn the business
of buying seller financing, while working with experienced
professional note buyers and, who has the time to gather information, collect documents,
then follow up with details, we announce our Earn While You Learn Program"
|
If you don't have time to dedicate to the transaction,
you might rather participate in our $1,000
Lead Link Program. Or, if you are an experienced broker and wish
to work with us as an investor, as a funding source, you may want to work with
us through our Experienced Broker
Program.
To participate in our "Earn While you Learn Program", you simply submit
your qualified leads through e-mail (or fax) using the Existing
Mortgage Worksheet, New Mortgage
Worksheet, Business Note Worksheet
or Settlement Worksheet.
You'll gather needed documents and do as much of the work as you are capable of. We will risk money for appraisals and title work, prepare the submission and closing packages, solve credit and title problems, negotiate and re-bid if needed. You will have the opportunity to watch the process unfold. We will discuss with you the thoughts and reasoning behind key negotiating points.
"I have done several deals with American Funding Group. They are wonderful. They have treated me like a queen since the beginning. I think very highly of them, they're very fair and honest." S.G., Sun City, AZ
Under certain circumstances you will listen to negotiations
and hear actual conversations when dealing with seller objections. You will
be provided with periodic updates and you will get copies of the closing
documents (if desired).
You will benefit from our years of building relationships of trust and respect with both note sellers and
other investors. This has resulted in our lower cost of funds, accommodations "outside the norm" by
other funding sources and expedited closing procedures. And, you will earn a percentage of the after-expense profit on each transaction, depending on your level of involvement.
To submit a transaction, please fill out and submit the
Existing Mortgage Worksheet,
New Mortgage Worksheet,
Business Note Worksheet or
Settlement Worksheet.
